How To Create FoxyFormular Contact us/me page on your blog or website

It is quite simple, here is how you can get it for your site or blog or even your website....

Visit this site (Foxy formula) to create the contact form first and grab the HTML code for the contact form.......
when you get the HTML from foxy home page ....The first thing to do is to...first or all copy it..

copy it and paste on a notepad to make things easy and simple for you...
Sign in to your blogger dashboard
Select the blog you want your contact us page to be placed
Click on pages on the left sidebar of the dashboard
Click new page on the top the menu.
Select blank page
at the left top corner where there is compose select the HTML option.
Go back to your notepad where you pasted the Contact us HTML from foxy.....copy all ...
Go back to the blogger (create new blank page) and paste it there......
Give it a tittle ( Contact us or contact me )
At the right side bar where you can publish.. below it are some options ..click the options and tick don't allow( to prevent comments on the contact page) and click DONE below it......
Then after all, publish the page........
