How do I enable a Windows 8 picture password?

Use a picture as a password to log in to your windows or computer:

Microsoft windows 8 included a new feature know as a picture password which allows you to log in into your computer with just identifying four spots on your own picture usin a number of gestures that includes circles, straight lines and even a dot or just a tap..
Enable this feature on your computer if you really want to use your picture as your password to your computer.

this feature makes it possible to log into your computer even if you have forgotten your password of something of that sort..

Open the Windows Charms
Click Settings and then More PC settings
In the PC settings window click Users and then select Create a picture password

like it is in the figure below:
